Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older than 18 years; The sellar region lesions were found by enhanced MRI or dynamic MRI scanning in our hospital. Patients with surgical indications underwent endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection; Pituitary adenoma was confirmed by postoperative pathology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other brain tumors; Patients with missing basic information, medical data and imaging data; Patients with malignant tumors, severe heart failure, cirrhosis and liver failure; Patients who were lost to follow-up
