Control group :Conventional medical western treatment

Test Group B:In the control group, modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation of the foot three li was added on top of the control group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria ?? ? confirmed diagnosis of sepsis combined with AGI; ?AGI score grade I-II; ?Age >18 years old with no restriction on gender; ?Gastrointestinal safety, no contraindication to enteral nutrition (EN); ? The patient or family members gave informed consent and were willing to accept the treatment of this protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?People whose primary disease is gastrointestinal disease, such as peptic ulcer, atrophic gastritis, gastric cancer, etc.; ?? ?Patients with a history of gastrointestinal resection, those recovering from gastrointestinal or laparotomy; ?? ?Patients with severe immunosuppression and those who need radiotherapy due to tumor; ?? ?Patients with severe coagulation mechanism disorders; ?
