Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for this study are: pregnant women between 24-28 weeks of gestation, aged between 22-40 years, carrying a singleton fetus, with no history of diabetes prior to pregnancy; absence of acute or chronic inflammation or recent infection, and no hyperthyroidism. Additionally, participants should not have experienced fever during clinical practice and must provide consent to participate in the research project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were multiple pregnancies, failure to complete the required pregnancy examination, and any factors that may affect the results of the indicators tested during pregnancy, such as infection or fever.
