Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age from 18 to 75 2.Diagnosis of moderate to severe CAG(beyond OLGA classification II)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previously diagnosed with H. pylori infection and used to receive anti-H. pylori drugs 2.Have a history of using acid suppressants, antibiotics, or probiotic preparations in the past month 3.Diagnosis of atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa epithelium, gastric cancer, or other malignant tumor by pathological biopsy under gastroscope 4.History of gastrointestinal surgery 5.Who have undergone organ transplantation, suffered from diabetes or other serious organic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and brain
