Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All included cases meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes and cataract, and blood sugar is controlled within the reference range (4.4-10mmol /L, Glycated hemoglobin = 8%); The case record is complete and there is no surgical Contraindication. According to the DR International Clinical Disease Severity Scale, the patient was diagnosed as having no Diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) or mild nonproliferative Diabetic retinopathy. If the patient undergoes binocular surgery, the first eye is included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For patients with DR at other stages, Macular edema, other eye diseases or eye surgery history, long-term local or systemic application of steroid drugs makes it difficult to obtain Optical coherence tomography (OCT) scanning images due to obvious preoperative lens opacity, with diopter>-6.00D or axis length>26.0mm, patients with severe hypertension, smoking or alcoholism, patients with mental diseases or mental disorders. Patients with a history of dilated pupils (pupil size<5.5mm).
