Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 3-9 years old, male and female are not limited. 2. The diagnostic criteria of childhood CARAS exacerbation are in line with both "Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma in Children (2020)" and "Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children - Clinical Practice Guidelines (2019)". 3. It also conforms to the Chinese medicine dialectical evidence of wind evil offending the lung. 4. According to the Recommendations for the Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment of Childhood Bronchial Asthma (2020), children with mild to moderate asthma who can be controlled by treatment of level 2 and or level 3 are eligible for asthma exacerbation: sudden onset of symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness or cough, or aggravation of existing symptoms with reduced expiratory flow, which can be caused by exposure to allergens and other irritants. 5. According to the diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis in children, while meeting the comprehensive nasal symptom score =4 (mild). 6. Informed consent is in accordance with the regulations and signed by the legal guardian or jointly with the subject child (=8 years old).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Other diseases that cause wheezing or breathing difficulties. 2 Children with severe asthma. 3Children with nasal septum curvature, nasal polyps, sinusitis, abnormal nasal anatomy or other respiratory tract diseases. 4Children with combined cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, organ and hematopoietic system diseases, or diseases of the mind. 5?Patients with severe malnutrition and rickets. 6?The investigator considers it inappropriate to enter this study.
