18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patient's age is between 18 and 90 years old; ? patients who were diagnosed with unifocal vulvar cancer (T1/2, squamous cell carcinoma, less than 4 cm in diameter) and underwent excision of vulvar tumor and sentinel lymph node biopsy or excision of inguinal lymph node; ? No suspicious inguinofemoral lymph nodes indicated by physical or imaging examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with vulvar cancer who did not receive surgery or excision of sentinel/inguinal lymph nodes; ? Patients with recurrent/metastatic vulvar cancer; ? Other tumors were present on admission; ? Incomplete case data.
