Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?meeting the diagnostic criteria for depression in the International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, 10th Revision (ICD-10); ? right-handedness; ?Age 18 to 65 years old, regardless of gender; ?Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with severe somatic, infectious and immune system disorders 2: Patients with severe neurological disorders, mental retardation or organic brain disease 3: Patients who are pregnant or lactating 4: Patients who have received electroconvulsive therapy within the last 3 months 5: A history of previous seizures 6: Those assessed as unsuitable for rTMS or tACS treatment and those who are unable to complete the relevant index collection
