Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, Age 18-75 years old; 2. ASA ? ~ III ; 3. Elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia is planned; 4. Agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate or are difficult to cooperate with medical personnel to complete treatment; 2. Patients who have a history of mental illness or are receiving psychotropic drug treatment within 3 months; 3. Neurosurgery; 4. Sick sinus syndrome, severe bradycardia (heart rate < 50 beats/min), or degree II or above atrioventricular block without pacemaker; 5. Allergic to dexmedetomidine or esketamine; 6. Patients with elevated intracranial pressure; 7. Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (arterial hypertension, resting systolic/diastolic blood pressure over 180/100 MMHG); 8. Patients with untreated or undertreated hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism); 9. Tracheal catheter is expected to be brought into ICU after surgery; 10. Other researchers think is not suitable for inclusion (specific reasons should be indicated).
