18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the care recipient has not only been diagnosed with dementia by a medical institution but also lives in the community and has no plan to move to institutions within a year. (2) the primary family caregivers of dementia patients spend at least 4 days per week or 7 hours a day in caregiving. (3) the caregivers aged at least 18 years with a secondary school education or above; (4) volunteer to participant in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the caregivers suffer from mental illness. (2)people who cannot communicate normally. (3) the caregivers are unable to attend training due to physical distance.
