Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)First-time kidney transplant (2) No gender limitation,18 to 65 years old,ASA?~? (3)BMI18-30 kg/m2 (4)Regularly preoperative dialysis treatment (5)The people who can understand the procedures and methods of this study, willing to sign informed consent and strictly follow the clinical study protocol to complete this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Peopel suffer from liver, mental and nervous system diseases (2)Coagulation dysfunction, heart failure, respiratory failure (3)Long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants (4)Pregnant or lactating women (5)Unable to communicate, unable to cooperate (6)Known or suspected neuromuscular disease
