18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Curved root canal (curvature: 25-40 °, bending radius: 4-8mm, length: 18-21mm), if the same patient has multiple teeth that meet the standard and are not on the same side, they can be included in the study;If there are multiple root canals that meet the requirements for the same tooth, only one should be selected; 2. Irreversible pulpitis or chronic apical periodontitis; 3. The apical foramen are fully developed and formed; 4. The affected tooth has no previous history of root canal treatment, and no history of severe systemic diseases or allergies; 5. Agree to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusing to sign an informed consent form; 2. Severe systemic disease, unable to cooperate; 3. The prognosis of severe periodontal disease is poor; 4. Excessive defect without retained value; 5. Calcified root canal; 6. Root canal retreatment.
