Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. meet the diagnostic criteria for HBV HF Chinese and Western medicine; B. aged 18-80 years, regardless of gender; C. Those with a liver function score Child-Pugh classification score = 6; D. Those with good compliance and complete clinical data and examination indexes; E. Those who voluntarily participate in the study and give informed consent. Note: Patients who meet all the above 5 items at the same time will be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Co-infection with other viral hepatitis such as HAV, HCV, HDV and HEV; B. Liver function score Child-Pugh classification > 6; C. Combined metabolic or autoimmune liver disease, or drug-related liver damage, or congenital/hereditary liver disease, or various biliary system disorders, or hepatobiliary parasitic disease, or post partial hepatectomy; D. Those with imaging (ultrasound/CT/MRI) suggestive of cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma and other malignant tumours; E. suspected or established history of ethanol, drug or substance abuse; F. Combination of serious primary diseases of vital organs such as heart, lung, kidney and haematopoietic system; G. Combined neurological or psychiatric disorders. Note: Anyone meeting any of the above should be excluded.
