2 Years to 7 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The age of 2-7 years old; ? The ASD group was diagnosed by DSM-V; ? The normal control group had no abnormal development before and after birth; (4) No MRI contraindications; ? the guardian gives informed consent and signs informed consent; ? None of the children had taken any drugs (including any psychotropic drugs) at the time of participating in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? History of organic diseases of the nervous system: chronic epilepsy, encephalitis, meningitis, severe brain trauma, brain surgery; (2) Suffering from serious physical diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood and other systems or other chronic physical diseases; (3) Acute and chronic medical conditions associated with an unbalanced inflammatory response, such as infection, vaccination in the past 4 weeks, or use of any immunomodulatory drugs (including NSaids and aspirin); (4) Common genetic diseases.
