Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed by cranial computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with reference to the 2010 edition of the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China", the condition is basically stable, without unconscious and obvious language barriers 2) Unilateral hemiplegia, NIHSS score > 3 and = 10 points or (and) Brunnstorm grade 15 (upper or lower extremity); 3) The patient's age is 30 to 85 years old; 4) Right-handed; 5) No clear diagnosis Mental illness; 6) No history of alcoholism and psychotropic drug dependence; 7) No severe cognitive impairment and aphasia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with progressive disease or unstable vital signs in the acute stage of cerebrovascular disease; 2) Patients with severe cognitive impairment, audio-visual and speech impairment, coma, mental illness or post-stroke depression; 3) Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney damage 4) Combined with malignant tumor, brain tumor, traumatic brain injury, etc.; 5) Those who cannot actively cooperate with the treatment and quit halfway; 6) Those who are combined with other neurological diseases; 7) Those who have physical dysfunction caused by other diseases; 8) Alcoholism or taking Drugs that affect cortical excitability.
