Interventions

Dynamic needle tip positioning(DNTP) group:Radial artery catheterization was performed by ultrasound guided DNTP.
Palpation group:Radial artery catheterization was performed by palpation group.

80 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =80 years. Proposed elective or emergency surgery. Agree to undergo ultrasound-guided radial artery catheterization. ASA Grade III and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Puncture site infection or hematoma. Allen test positive. Forearm deformity or after surgery. Arteriovenous fistula. Allergies to local anesthetics.
