Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Meet the American Spinal Injury Association 2019 revised International diagnostic criteria for neurological classification of spinal cord injury, and spinal cord injury confirmed by CT or MRI; B. Vital signs are stable and suitable for testing; C. Age: 18-75 years old, both sexes; D. The motion plane of spinal cord nerve injury was C1-T12, AIS spinal cord injury grade A, B, C; E. The disease duration was 1 year or more, and the main mode of mobility was wheelchair; F. Good cognitive function, agreed and signed the informed consent form for this clinical study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Ventilator dependence; B. Pulmonary or cardiovascular disease, in addition to autonomic dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury, there are other confounding factors (such as COPD, chronic heart failure, myocardial infarction in the last 3 months, aortic stenosis, valvular disease, CVA, etc.); C. Smoking history within 3 years; D. Any complications that may limit the ability to transfer, or compromise supine or sitting tolerance, including, but not limited to, fractures, dislocations, or deformities affecting supine or sitting tolerance; Spinal instability; Pressure sores or skin integrity issues on the contact surface will prohibit sitting or lying in the supine position; Untreated deep vein thrombosis; He was hospitalized due to autonomic dysreflexia in the last 3 months. Cognitive impairment leading to motor planning or impulsive concerns; Pregnant women; E. Are participating in other experimenters; F. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
