Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)At least 5 years clinical teaching experience;(2) with a clear understanding of the requirements of residency training and competency-based medical education (CBME) ; (3)Understand the EPAs education and teaching evaluation system; (4)Agree to participate in the Delphi study.

Exclusion criteria: Unable to participate in offline discussion sessions
