Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? age =65 years old, ? living in the community for more than six months, ? cognitive frailty, ? subjects who take part in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? diagnosed with AD or other types of dementia (cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, history of craniocerebral trauma, brain tumor, history of epilepsy), or other neuropsychiatric diseases, drugs, addictive substances, and other diseases that may cause cognitive decline, ? inability to stand or walk leading to inability to perform physical function measurement, ? severe visual impairment and communication difficulties.
