Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of superior cross syndrome; 2. College students aged 18-26; 3. Knowing and agreeing to the intervention experiment, and being able to maintain the completion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. being treated with other methods within two weeks; 2. other respiratory diseases; 3. congenital structural abnormalities of the cervical or thoracic vertebrae or other bone diseases; 4. The shoulder and neck have been clearly injured, received surgery or are undergoing treatment; 5. suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
