Interventions

Experimental group:ureteral stents were removed on the day of discharge (generally discharged within 3 days after surgery)
Control group:The ureteral stent was removed 2-4 weeks after surgery

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 75 years; 2. No urinary system tumor, no obvious ureteral stenosis, no urinary system malformation; 3. Ureteral Taxer grade 2 injury (excluding grade 2) and no obvious polyps in the stone bed; 4. According to the intraoperative conditions and postoperative reexamination results, it was judged that there was no need for secondary lithotomy; 5. No obvious perirenal effusion after operation; 6. Informed consent and volunteer. Informed consent was obtained in accordance with the GCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe preoperative urinary tract infection was not controlled; 2. Patients with severely impaired renal function or non-functional kidney or solitary kidney; 3. Patients with severe heart, brain and lung diseases, abnormal coagulation function (PT>16s, APTT>43s, TT>21s, Fbg>2g/L) and surgical contraindications; 4. Any other patients who were not eligible for the study.
