Iron Deficiency Anemia

Interventions

Intravenous iron group:Use of iron isomaltose on a simplified scale, intravenous infusion over 15 minutes
Oral iron group:Polysaccharide iron complex 0.3g was used once a day for 4 months after hemoglobin returned to normal.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: DA patients admitted to the Department of Hematology from July 2022 to July 2025 were selected as the research objects. Inclusion criteria: Patients = 18 years old with IDA due to different causes SF<100ng/ml TSAT<20%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who are pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant Severe hypersensitivity reactions to other parenteral iron agents are known Non-iron-deficiency anemia (e.g. hemolytic anemia) Decompensated cirrhosis or active hepatitis (alanine aminotransferase > 3 times the upper limit of normal) Patients with a history of allergy to more than 2 drugs
