Gold Standard:Primary site: biopsy pathology or postoperative pathology Metastasis: confirmed by pathology or follow-up

Index test:The number of lesions and different PET metabolic parameters (SUVmax, etc.) in the area of interest were compared between the total body PET/CT of all patients.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1 Voluntary subjects, patients or their legal representatives signed informed consent; 2 Age above 40 and below 85; 3. PSA and routine imaging suggest prostate cancer; 4 Patients who plan to undergo puncture biopsy in our hospital to obtain pathological results (type, location, Gleason grade and score, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria ? Patients who could not tolerate PET/CT examination; ? Patients who plan to undergo puncture biopsy or therapy between tests.
