Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fulfilled the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) diagnostic criteria for OCD. 2. Age 18-60 years old, gender unlimited. 3.Patients diagnosed with OCD for the first time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with epilepsy, schizophrenia, and severe depression (24 items Hamilton Depression Scale > 35 points). 2. Patients with intracranial tumors, metal, and history of brain surgery. 3. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases, and patients with a history of neurological diseases. 4. Pregnant patients.
