20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Women who seek medical treatment from the Rheumatology and Immunology Department, Perinatal Medicine Department or inpatients of Tongji Hospital and are under the age of 45 years old. (2) All patients voluntarily participated in this study and received our regular follow-up and signed relevant informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Chromosome abnormalities in either spouse; (2) The structure of this pregnancy suggests fetal chromosomal abnormalities; (3) Abnormal anatomical structure of Female reproductive system (including unilateral/Bicornuate uterus, mediastinal Uterine malformation malformation, etc.); (4) The woman has gynecological and obstetric diseases with adverse pregnancy outcomes caused by untreated uterine cavity adhesion, Endometrial polyp, adenomyosis, Endometriosis, uterine tumors, etc; (5)Patients who do not agree or are unable to complete follow-up.
