40 Years to 88 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Single segment lesion; (2) Age>40 years old (3) Having obvious lumbago and low back pain, diagnosed with LSS through imaging; (4) Conservative management, including physical therapy, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or epidural steroid injection for at least 3 months, failed to alleviate symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other musculoskeletal diseases such as lumbar disc herniation, degenerative spondylolisthesis, bone metastasis, knee extensor and hip flexor paralysis; (2) Pathological spinal diseases, such as infections, tumors, or previous spinal surgeries. (3) Other mental and psychological disorders: such as schizophrenia, depression, historical use of chronic Analgesic, alcoholism, opioid dependence; (4) Other researchers believe that this study is not suitable for the situation.
