Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and have the diagnosis confirmed by CT or MRI; ?Age between 20 and 80 years old;?Patients who have had a stroke for more than 15 days and less than six months; ?Brunnstrom stage II and above;?Cognitive clarity and ability to follow the study protocol (MMSE = 24); ?Those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Significant cognitive deficits that prevented completion of the Fugl-Meyer scale; ? Other significant limb lesions such as fractures, severe arthritis, amputations, etc.;? Limb joint contracture formation; ? Severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal insufficiency and shock; ? Tumors, pregnancy, and coagulation disorders; ? Other conditions that the investigator considered inappropriate for participation in this experiment.
