Interventions

Intervention group:Dexmedetomidine 0.3~0.4ug/kg/h was injected intravenically in combination with esketamine 0.15mg/kg for pre-administration
Control group:Dexmedetomidine 0.3~0.4ug/kg/h was injected intravenically in combination with Fentanyl 3 µg/kg for pre-administration

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Transurethral resection of prostate with general anesthesia, aged from 18 to 80 years old and ASA of I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous bladder obstruction, preoperative placed with a catheter, neurogenic bladder, combined operation, dysfunction of liver or kidney, preoperative heart beat less than 60 bpm, preoperative systolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg, preoperative use of chronic analgesics, mental disorder and refused to participate.
