Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Cardiac patients undergoing elective open heart surgery ?Age = 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Lack of abdominal CT within 3 months prior to surgery ?Patients who underwent IABP or mechanical ventilation due to circulatory and respiratory instability during preoperative hospitalization ?Severe preoperative liver and kidney function or combined insufficiency ?Pre-operative co-infection ? 1 year post-operative period without regular and timely review or unable to contact by phone
