Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients underwent elective gastrointestinal malignancies surgery; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. ASA class II-III; 4. The patients signed the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental disorder, difficult to cooperate with researches; 2. Severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Severe audiovisual impairment; 4. incomplete data.
