Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the Bohan and Peter diagnostic criteria (1975) or the EULAR/ACR diagnostic criteria (2017) for idiopathic inflammatory myopathy; 2.MDA5 positve patients valued by Myositis specific autoantibodies spectrum; 3.Aged >14 years; 4.Patients volunteered to participate in this study, with good compliance, and were able to understand and sign the informed consent before the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other connective diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc; 2. Women who were pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant during the study period; 3. Treated with plaasma exchange in 3 months.
