Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypoproteinemia (30 g/L 60 years old, strictly abide by the principles of informed consent, respect and benefit, obtain consent from patients and sign informed consent. (2) Can cooperate with and adhere to the inspection, control and protein diet intervention, and can complete the diet record with the cooperation of oneself or others.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with malignant tumors, blood system diseases and other major physical diseases. (2) Acute myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction within 3 months. (3) Immune system diseases. (4) Hormone drugs or immunosuppressant drugs are being used. (5) Patients with acute inflammation and severe hepatic and renal insufficiency. (6) Incomplete clinical data.
