18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18= age < 70, male or female; 2) In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of liver failure in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Failure 2018 edition, without considering the specific classification; 3) The indication of DPMAS+PE was judged by the artificial hepatologist; 4) Volunteer to participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Treatment contraindications (?INR > 3.0, platelet < 5×109/L, severe active bleeding, or severe diffusion sexual intravascular coagulation; ? Advanced liver failure, irreversible respiratory failure, severe cerebral edema accompanied by brain hernia and other frequency critical symptoms; ? Circulatory dysfunction is not good after fluid resuscitation, vasoactive drugs and other comprehensive treatment transferers (except sepsis-related liver damage) 2) Those who cannot cooperate with treatment due to mental diseases or other reasons; 3) People with allergies or known allergies to blood products and auxiliary materials; 4) Pregnant, recently preparing to become pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5) Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past month; 6) The researcher considers that there are other conditions that are not suitable for inclusion.
