18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients hospitalized in the Department of Nephrology, West China Hospital, Sichuan University; ?Age: 15-80 years old; ?Diagnosed with primary glomerular disease, with a renal biopsy pathology report; ?Resistance to glucocorticoids and/or immunosuppressant therapy, Or repeated recurrence of the disease; ? treated with rituximab, and have at least 1 year of follow-up data in our hospital; ? monitored the absolute count of B cell subsets before and after treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients who were treated with rituximab after initial diagnosis; ?Patients who were not followed up in our hospital.
