Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Aged 50-74 years old; b. Community residents who participated in colorectal cancer screening; c. Choose to check gastroscopy and colonoscopy together;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. The interval from the last gastroscopy is less than one year; b. History of gastrectomy; c. Taking PPI (esomeprazole, pantoprazole, rabeprazole, lansoprazole,etc.) or H2 receptor antagonists (famotidine etc.) within two weeks.
