Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age = 18 years old - Received medical treatment at Shenzhen Second People's Hospital between February 1st, 2023 and January 31st, 2024 - Diagnosed with severe COVID-19 infection according to the diagnostic and treatment protocols for COVID-19 (trial version 10) released by the National Health Commission of China - Intubated patients - Patients receiving standardized treatment
