Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for perinatal depressive disorder in DSM-V, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the American Psychiatric Association, and have been clearly diagnosed as PPD by a psychiatrist; (2) Onset of disease within 12 months after delivery; (3) Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS) more than 13 points, 17 HAMD depression scale scores as mild to moderate depression disorder; (4) Age range from 20 to 49 years; (5) Sign the informed consent, voluntarily participate in this study, and can complete the scale assessment. Note: Subjects who meet the above five criteria can be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Bipolar disorder (according to the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria), severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, etc.; (2) Those who suffer from brain diseases and other reasons, have intellectual disabilities or difficulties in understanding the questionnaire content, and cannot conduct effective ground conversation; (3) Pregnancy; (4) Hamilton depression Scale suicide score item more than 2 points; (5) Those who have committed suicide in the past year. Note: Subjects meeting any of the above criteria should be excluded.
