Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with hypospadias: 1-3 years old, no gender limitation; ?ASA GRADE I ~ II; ? Children undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia combined with sacral canal block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Children with severe hypovolemia and shock. ? Children with abnormal platelet number function or abnormal coagulation function. ? Children with infection at the puncture site. ? Patients with central nervous system diseases, especially spinal. ? The child suffers from acute or severe bronchial asthma.
