Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed as infected with COVID-19 pneumonia and diagnosed as mild and ordinary, meeting the discharge criteria in the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for novel coronavirus Pneumonia (Trial Version 8). After discharge, patients who receive medical observation in the isolation medical observation point of COVID-19 pneumonia patients in Dalian Rehabilitation Center; 2. Limb muscle strength greater than level 4; 3. Agree and cooperate with treatment; 4. Be able to provide voluntarily signed informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as COVID-19 but not discharged according to the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for novel coronavirus Pneumonia (Trial Version 8); 2. Patients who test positive for nucleic acid after discharge; 3. Patients with unstable vital signs and poor control of underlying diseases; 4. Merge with other contraindications to exercise; 5. Refusing to sign the informed consent form for this study;
