Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 20~49 years old; ?Married women who have reproductive needs, have normal regular life and do not take any contraceptive measures, but are not pregnant; ? The menstrual cycle is regular, and the reproductive system of the partner is not abnormal; ? All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis; ?Patients with endometriosis treated for the first time, whose appendages have not undergone surgery; ? Sign informed consent; ? Detailed and complete treatment records and complete 24-month follow-up records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Endometriosis with benign and malignant ovarian tumors; ? congenital abnormal development of reproductive system; ? Endometriosis combined with other related endocrine diseases, such as: polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia; ? Patients who did not follow the doctor's advice for drug treatment after surgery; ? Endometriosis combined with vital organ dysfunction, extremely weak people, such as heart, liver, brain, lung, kidney and other vital organ serious diseases; ? Patients with bilateral blocked fallopian tubes found during laparoscopic surgery; ? Patients with a history of adverse pregnancy.
