Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients were pathologically diagnosed as primary gynecological malignant tumors, such as cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, etc., and all patients underwent extensive total hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection; Age is less than or equal to 65 years old, no hypertension, coronary heart disease and other serious underlying diseases; ? Good cognitive and behavioral ability; ? can cooperate with this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Primary lymphoid system diseases such as cardiogenic lower limb edema, nephrogenic lower limb edema, dystrophic lower limb edema; ? Patients with history of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and deep vein insufficiency; ? Skin patients with inflammation, infection and other problems; ? Patients with lower limb lymphedema; ? is participating in other trials that may affect the results of this study.
