Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with clinically diagnosed radiation-induced brain injury; (2) history of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; (3) The treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma includes radiotherapy; (4) age =18 years old; (5) able to have normal oral communication; (6) Informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with other cancers; (2) The patient is still undergoing radiotherapy; (3) patients had cognitive dysfunction before radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma; (4) combined with other mental disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, etc.
