Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Schizophrenia: ?A diagnose of schizophrenia based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition(DSM-5) ? 18-65 years of age ?Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent Healthy controls: ?The participants have been medically healthy and do not meet the diagnosis of any mental disorder in DSM-5 axis 1; ?18-65 years of age; ?Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Schizophrenia: ? Patients with mental retardation or organic brain diseases; ? Severe decline or impulsive excitement; ? accompanied by severe depression, anxiety and substance abuse; ? organic auditory or visual perception impairment; ? serious physical disease or drug side effects; ? organic brain lesions; ? Pregnant or lactating women. Healthy controls: ? Substance abuse (except tobacco dependence); ? Participants who took immune preparations (including immunosuppressants), hormones, antioxidants, neurotrophic drugs, and traditional Chinese medicine preparations within 12 weeks before enrollment; ? People who have taken psychotropic drugs at any time.
