Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Consecutive inpatients attending the Department of Cardiology at Gansu Provincial People's Hospital from May 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025 for reasons such as chest pain; b. Chinese Han Chinese aged >18 years; c. All underwent coronary angiography (CAG) and intracavitary imaging [intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) or optical coherence tomography (OCT)], and the enrolled population was divided into control, stable coronary artery disease, and ACS groups based on medical history, ECG, CAG, IVUS, and OCT findings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Acute or chronic infectious diseases; b. Severe liver or kidney disease; c. Malignant neoplasm, autoimmune or chronic wasting disease; d. Those who refuse to participate in this study.
