Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years without gender limitation; 2. Patients who were diagnosed with H. pylori infection through 13C/14C-urea breath test or histological evaluation; 3. Never received H.pylori eradication therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those patients who had previously received PPI or H2 receptor antagonist 2 weeks before treatment, or had taken bismuth or antibacterial drugs 4 weeks before treatment; 2. Those patients who were allergic to potassium competitiveacidblocker(P-CAB) and penicillin drugs; 3. Those patients who suffered from gastrectomy before; 4 Patients with malignant tumors, severe heart, liver, or renal dysfunction; 5. Patients with pregnancy and lactation.
