Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age>18 years old 2) Patients diagnosed with AIS within 24 hours of onset who were confirmed by CT/MRI based on Guidelines for the Early Management of Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke: 2019 Update to the 2018 Guidelines for the Early Management of Acute Ischemic Stroke: A Guideline for Healthcare Professionals From the American Heart Association 3) Informed consent was signed by the patient or their agent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) The modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score of pre-admission >=2 points 1) Patients with moderate to severe mental disorders or dementia affecting neurological function assessment 3) Patients experienced surgical history within 3 months, and those who had severe acute or chronic infections, autoimmune diseases, and malignant tumors 4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women 5) Impossible to complete the 90-day follow-up
