Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile couples receiving IVF/ICSI procedures for assisted reproduction; 2. Women aged 35-42 years; 3. Women with body mass index from 18 to 25 kg/m²; 4. Culture embryos to blastocyst stage and all the blastocysts will be individually cryopreserved; 5. The number of oocytes was >= 6; 6. The number of blastocysts was >= 2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preimplantation genetic testing cycles, including PGT for monogenic disorders (PGT-M) or PGT for structural chromosome defect (PGT-SR); 2. Patients with a history of recurrent miscarriage (>= 2 previous spontaneous abortions) or recurrent implantation failure (>= 3 previous failed IVF cycles); 3. Patients undergoing a PGT-A cycle; 4. Endometrial thickness 3 cm; 6. Untreated uterine malformations (unicornuate uterus, bicornuate uterus) and uterine septum >= 1 cm; 7. Severe endocrine or metabolic disorders; 8. Any other situations where the researchers consider the patients unsuitable to participate in this study.
