Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients over 18 years old who are admitted to the infection department or intensive care unit; (2) Clinical diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infection; (3) Intended to undergo invasive mechanical ventilation and allow patients to collect samples within 24 hours (4) Patients can collect the necessary testing information (culture or PCR results)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Clearly diagnosed as a non infectious patient (2) Insufficient sample size or inability to collect samples within 24 hours; Patients are unwilling to participate (3) Expected life less than 24 hours (4) Unable to obtain clinical information of patients
