Perinatal depression

Interventions

Intervention group:Usual services, decision aid, decision coaching, and clinical consultation.
Control group:Patients in the control group will receive routine services, including perinatal depression screening, referral advice, and educational materials related to perinatal mental health care.

18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age or older; 2. a resident in Shanghai 3. a registered client at the study site; 3. an EPDS score =13 during pregnancy or within 6 weeks postpartum.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from severe mental disorders (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, paranoid psychosis, bipolar disorder, mental disorder due to epilepsy, mental retardation accompanying psychiatric disorder); 2. suffering from other diseases that require immediate hospitalization.
