Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) The patient was diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke; (3) Fasting blood was drawn for blood biochemical examination in the morning of the second day after admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Survival time of patients due to various reasons < 1 year; (2) The patient's clinical data, such as fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, were incomplete; (3) patients with severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency; (4) the presence of coagulation dysfunction, active bleeding or bleeding tendency; (5) Unable to complete one-year follow-up.
